One thing we run into more than we'd like - ductwork that was installed without proper insulation. It looks fine from the outside. The system runs. Nobody notices anything wrong. Until they do.

Without insulation on the ducts, you get condensation. That moisture has to go somewhere, and it usually ends up where you don't want it - inside walls, on ceilings, in places that are expensive and disruptive to fix. We've seen the damage it causes, and it's avoidable.

That's why we don't cut corners when it comes to how ductwork is run and sealed. Whether we're doing a full furnace installation or reworking an existing duct system, we look at the whole picture - not just whether the equipment turns on and blows air.

The work behind the walls matters just as much as the equipment you can see. Galvanized sheet metal runs need to be properly fitted, sealed, and insulated to do their job without creating problems down the road. We take the time to get that right.

If your system was installed by someone else and you're not 100% sure it was done correctly, it's worth getting a second set of eyes on it. Catching a problem early is a whole lot cheaper than dealing with water damage later.
