"I reached out to David on a Saturday about a broken pump and he was very professional and helpful right from the start. He was able to get me on the schedule the same day and coordinated with a technician who was already in the area which I really appreciated. Richard came out and did a thorough job. Not only did he fix the issue but he also made sure the new pump was working properly and even took the extra step to secure the line. He was detailed, professional and clearly takes pride in his work. You get quality work and more personal service here."

"Today, I had a great experience with Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning. My a/c wasn't working. The owner, Mr. Clay, quickly and consistently communicated with me from the first time I contacted him. Richard, one of the team members, was very nice and he thoroughly diagnosed the situation and communicated everything to me, along with showing me what was causing the issue and what was needed to fix it. He then proceeded to fix it, checked everything thoroughly after the fix to make sure it was running properly and made some additional recommendations for future maintenance to keep it running smoothly. Customer service was great, communication was timely, and work was done with quality. I highly recommend using Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning for all of your HVAC needs!"

"Had an install done. They seem to run a good organization, good customer service, and the salesman (Clay) and techs all seemed to be experts in their field. I paid a little extra to go with them for the reviews and equipment, and I'm glad I did. I'm switching my rental house servicing to them too. Will use again."

"Clay was amazing. He came to diagnose my furnace issue and at first I was not going to have it done but his professionalism and after he explained things to me I wouldn’t have had anyone but him do the work. He did an amazing job getting the old parts out and putting the new ones in. Also got rid of future issues by replacing some parts over to the system and the work looks great. Cleaned up better than it was when he got here. Explained everything to me from start to finish and was very helpful. I would recommend if you have any HVAC issues call Arctic Blast and request Clay. I’ll have him back every time we have any HVAC issues. And he got me to sign back up for their maintenance service that I had let expire. Great job."

"We have been loyal customers of Arctic Blast for about 6 years and called them to replace our heating and air system at our new house. Both were still working, but needed to be replaced. Clay and David gave us several options for the job and told us about financing. They are both very knowledgeable and left the place clean when the job was done. "The service team was exceptional very accommodating, knowledgeable, friendly, and worked very well under pressure. My unit gave so many problems during the visit however, those young men remained calm and persistent until the issue was resolved. My family is very grateful we were nervous about the smoke the unit was causing it’s been a few days now no more smoke the heat is actually working BETTER since being serviced through your team!"

"Great business. It is 100% worth it to have them come out twice a year (once in fall, once in spring) to check everything out. We had an issue last year where we needed the board changed in our heater, and it was so easy to get in touch with them and they came out super fast! If you're looking for regular maintenance, I suggest reaching out to Arctic Blast."

"I hired Breeze Tech Heating & Cooling earlier this year to take over the maintenance of my Lennox heat pump after a string of lackluster visits from a national chain, and I can already tell the difference in professionalism and follow-through, as their technician arrived exactly at the scheduled time, explained every step of the tune-up without condescension, and left the work area cleaner than he found it. Their billing practices are refreshingly transparent, with a straightforward breakdown of parts and labor that aligns with the estimate provided on the initial phone call, so I never feel ambushed by hidden fees or last-minute surcharges. Beyond the routine service, they offered practical advice on airflow adjustments and filter choices that should extend the unit’s lifespan, all without pushing unnecessary upgrades or expensive add-ons, which reinforces my confidence in their integrity. Because they are headquartered only a few miles from my neighborhood, response times for any future emergencies should be significantly faster than what I experienced with the out-of-town firms, and this proximity, combined with their evident expertise, makes me comfortable committing to their annual maintenance plan for the foreseeable future."

"We switched to Arctic Blast HVAC last year. They service Trane systems. They are prompt, courteous and prices are reasonable. I expect good service relationship with them and more local than my previous provider."

"Our family has been using Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning for many-many years with 100% satisfaction. From installing 2 A-C and heating units to misc., concerns when needed & always there when needed promptly… Polite and professional and the prices are fair and competitive…We suggested them to 2 friends and family and 100% good there too."

"Fast response time. Courteous technicians. Clear, reasonable rates. Explained filter care and thermostat tips. Serviced my house plus two rentals. Will absolutely hire again."

"Great company that provided great service. We had an issue with our HVAC unit only keeping the lower half of the house cool and with research, we decided to install mini splits. They were able to provide us a quote very fast and had us on the schedule within 2 weeks. The technicians arrived on time and was very thorough. Not only did they complete the job in 2 days, but the work was very neat. They also cleaned up and left no mess. If I could give 10 stars I would. I’m very happy with the results."

"Furnace and heat pump for 6k. Worked hard fast and clean. He’s also an interesting guy. Use him!"

"What an awesome experience! Fair pricing and A+ service. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Not pushy at all and explained everything well. I felt at ease and like I was getting the best service out there. I've had previous bad experiences and was so happy this was smooth and easy to figure out. I couldn't imagine anyone else working on my HVAC going forward. Thank you again!"

"I had a new HVAC installed last week, had a great experience with scheduling and the installation. I love the heater so far, it works much better than my last one, so far. I love the extras like the indoor unit installed in a drip pan with a moisture detector. Thanks!"

"Finding a reliable HVAC crew felt intimidating, especially after our old unit quit during a heat wave. A neighbor recommended Alpine Air, and I’m glad I listened. Michael walked me through every option with patience, never pushing extras. His crew arrived on time, protected our floors, and had the new system humming that afternoon. They even showed me how to change filters and adjust the smart thermostat. The house has never been more comfortable. Honest pricing, clear communication, and real craftsmanship."

"I am so impressed with the service at Arctic Blast. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours. Clay, Richard, and David are very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend."

"Top notch HVAC expertise in Norcross! We needed extensive HVAC work that needed to be done as soon as possible, and it was a daunting prospect to find the right company for such a big project. Richard and the team made the process easy. Richard was friendly, efficient and a true master of his craft. You can tell he takes pride in his work and will readily share his knowledge in a way that homeowners can understand - he feels like a trusted friend the second you meet him! We are so happy with the end result! A huge thanks to Richard and David for a professional and thorough job."

"Richard and David were top notch. They kept us informed throughout the process. We were very pleased with the entire experience. We have been customers of Arctic Blast for our 5 years here in Norcross."

"From the minute Cool Breeze Heating & Air picked up the phone, I felt in good hands 😍. My elderly heat pump had wheezed its last breath during a sweltering weekend, and I was dreading a week of sticky misery 😖. Instead, their dispatcher squeezed me in for a Monday morning visit ✨. The crew showed up five minutes early (what sorcery is that? 😆) and bounded up the driveway with smiles, shoe covers, and a mountain of tools. While one tech diagnosed the ancient unit, the other walked me through replacement options in language I could actually understand 🙌. No upsell pressure, just honest pros & cons 💬. We landed on a high-efficiency system, and they had it on the truck—YES! 朗 Install time? Barely three hours. They laid drop cloths, vacuumed the work area, and even wiped down my thermostat screen 粒✨. When the moment of truth came, that blessed rush of cool air filled the house 略 and I practically danced in it! They registered the warranty online for me, synced the smart thermostat to my phone, and left a magnet with 24/7 emergency numbers on the fridge 📱🔧. Bottom line: service that felt like a hug during a heatwave 🤗💯. If your HVAC is teetering on the edge, call these heroes—your comfort (and sanity) will thank you! 👍"

"I had a great experience with my HVAC technician, Clay. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way I could understand. Clay arrived on time, was honest about what needed to be done, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I really appreciated how he walked me through the best options to prepare for future seasons, helping me make informed decisions about maintenance and upgrades. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC support."

"everything was quick and efficient from scheduling the appointment to Richard coming out for the maintenance of my heater. Richard called when he was on his way and arrived during the window given. He was respectful and introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time customer Richard also made me aware of their financing and maintenance options but was not pushy with it. Will definitely be looking into it and will be using them in our new house. Thank you!"

"Techncian arrived at the scheduled slot, identified the issue with the furnace control board, replaced it, and verified funciton. Total visit ran about 50 minutes. Invoice matched the quote. No upsell attempts. Communication was clear enogh. Overall service met stated scope and timeline. Cost seemed reasanable."

"Just had my central air system checked by a friendly technician. They did a thorough inspection, ran tests, and walked me through what they found in plain terms. I appreciated the practical maintenance tips and the clear plan for keeping things running smoothly this season. The unit is getting up there in age, but with the guidance I feel ready for the summer. If anything comes up, I’ll call them again."

"Outstanding company that prices fair, does good quick work. I’d be paying more for the same work using a larger commercial company, instead Arctic Blast one of those local companies you love to know about."

"Clay was extremely friendly and professional. Appreciated that he explained everything in details and provided options. He had lots of patience with all my questions. Thank you Clay for your service today and will definitely call Arctic Blast for all my future needs!"

"Always a pleasure to do business with Arctic Blast. Clint, his son Richard and their team provide great communication and customer service. They always seem to have the best prices. Very happy with our new 2.5 ton HVAV system."

"I have used Clay / Arctic Blast for years. I have him in my phone, and his company always answers on first call. Case in point: This week, my renters had a leak from the unit upstairs. I called, and within 2 hours he was there. Fixed the problem (clogged filter) and was able to suggest alternatives for avoiding in the future. He has been this responsive in the past, too. Honest and worthy of 5 stars."

"My AC stopped working and I called Arctic Blast! Clay came out next day on weekend and fixed the problem in no time! Great service and price is very competitive. Highly recommend!"

"I called in early this morning (7:30a) asking if there was anyone able to come check out my AC,a it had gone out sometime yesterday afternoon. Clay answered and said that he would be able to come out same day, but asked me what was going on with my unit. When I told him what was going on, he asked me to check my circuit breakers first. Sure enough, that was it! Dummy move on my part not to check myself, but it really shows integrity to get a call from an obviously clueless young woman and help them over the phone with a simple fix, instead of coming out and making a few quick/easy bucks. I will absolutely call them in the future when my aging AC finally kicks the bucket!"

"Bryan came on the dot at the scheduled time. Nice, professional, and extremely knowledgeable."

"The installers were friendly, polite and quick. They cleaned up after the installation was done. I am very pleased!"

"Responsive, reasonable, skilled and informative! Very happy with the service and especially the helpful information on the website and from Brian on site."

"Absolutely amazing company with great prices! I had Richard as a tech twice over the years and he was fantastic. I couldn’t ask for a more dedicated and honest service tech. He even worked while there was a random rain in the area. I hope Richard, and Arctic Blast, get the upmost positive recognition that they deserve."

"Clay installed a new system upstairs and we are very happy with his work and price, He is so responsive and knowledgeable. Our downstairs unit installed by a different company a few years ago and we were very unhappy about their work. Clay pointed out the mistakes that the other company made and told us how he would do things differently."

"Ron and his team did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit in my condo. Communication was quick and easy, pricing was fair and transparent and they gave multiple HVAC brand options. Installation process was very smooth. I will be using Arctic for all of my HVAC needs going forward."

"We were so pleased with the installation of a new HVAC unit for my mother, Farris Orr. Clay and his team were punctual, courteous, their work was impeccable, and their price was considerably lower than the other estimates we received. We are so glad that Arctic Blast was recommended to us when we were getting estimates, and we highly recommend them as well."

"Clay and his guys did a great job replacing an evaporator coil that failed on my AC unit the other day. Their price beat all the other estimates I got, they arrived on time, and they finished the job promptly. The guys were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and will definitely be a return customer if/when the need arises."

"Wow, these guys are great! After a tough week trying to deal with a home warranty company and their shady contractors I came across Clay and Arctic Blast. Our AC had been down for a week and we had to stay with a friend with our dogs. Clay made time to meet with me the same day. He listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. He was able to work us onto the schedule the next day. His crew was professional, friendly, arrived on time and got right to work. They replaced my system in two hours and everything is working perfectly. They even took time to explain everything they were doing which gave me peace of mind. I don’t think I have ever been as pleased to have any contractor in my house. I’m so glad I got a second opinion. What a great service experience! How often do you get to say that?"

"We came back from Panama City from hurricane to a broken AC! Arctic Blast came quickly to the rescue with excellent service! We will definitely use again!"

"We have been customers for years. The team is always timely, professional and priced reasonably. I've referred them to friends as well."

"We were in the market for a new HVAC System, so we called around and had Arctic Blast come out for an estimate. Clay the owner himself arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He answered any questions we had, gave lots of suggestions for what would be the best system for our home and needs. In the end we ending up choosing Arctic Blast because they were the best price and we knew it would be done right. With this being an older home we knew the installation would be a lot of work removing the old system and putting in the new one. The guys did a fantastic job and finished all in one day! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Arctic Blast to anyone needing any HVAC service done. Great annual maintenance plans too!"

"Clay (owner) came out to diagnose our system and determined there was absolutely zero refrigerant in our system. He clearly explains all the options available to me and was super detail in what I can do and was not at all pushy about anything. Didn't even charge me for his time. After getting a second opinion (as one should always do), I decided to go back to Clay as his pricing was fair and I like his character and work ethics. I decided on a new unit as mine was an energy hogger and pretty old. Bryan and Ricky came out to install my new unit and did a swell job. The whole time I tagged along because I want to know everything there is to know about my system. Bryan and Ricky are such characters both funny, entertaining and knowledgable. Clay though absent on another job, clearly instructed what needs to be done and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. I strongly recommend these fine folks. Hopefully, I won't see them again because no one hopes for their HVAC system to break down. However, I wouldn't hesitate to give them another call again if such a situation arises."

"Awesome service. Very fast turnaround and solid quality work. Definitely recommend."

"Excellent service! We called this morning because of HVAC was leaking something awful. They contacted me back promptly after I left a message and they sent a man out within a few short hours. He had it fixed in no time. Very polite and respectful. We couldn't be more pleased. Cost was extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommend!"

"Richard and Brian were tremendous technicians!!! They both were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, informative and efficient in the performance of the job!! JUST 2 GREAT GUYS AS WELL!!!!! As a homeowner who has owned multiple homes, I never had such a great experience with any HVAC Company....MY WIFE WAS THRILLED AT MODEST PRICE AS WELL!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARTIC BLAST!!!"

"Hurray for Dr Clay! For coming out to diagnose our sick cooling unit! Thanks for your promptness on this Hotlanta memorial day weekend! Your professionalism, knowledge , and kindness are so greatly appreciated! God Bless! Keep on cooling!"

"What a great company to deal with, last month (Sept 2020) I called Clay when my HVAC system was giving me a big problem, and to add to the problem temperatures were averaging in the 90 degree daily. My system was over 20 years old and using older R22 freon! He was able to come out and give an assessment within 2 days. I knew that my system was at the of it’s days because it was producing very little air. To my surprise I was quoted (2.5 ton AC, furnace and coil) a very reasonable price and installation date. Within days a profession team came out and installed complete HVAC system. Both Air and Heat is working great. Highly Recommend Artic Air. Homer, Duluth GA"

"Clay showed up on time and the whole experience was really smooth. This was by far the most fair quote i received and didnt feel like a rip off. Installation was clean and professional."

"I moved into a house with two broken A/C units and Clay sent Bryan out within the hour (on a Saturday) to help us out. He managed to get our 34-year-old and 20-year-old units running and explained everything to us as he worked. They were quick, professional and very reasonably priced for such quick turnaround on a weekend. So glad we found them!"

"I called this company to do AC tuneup service for my Johns Creek house earlier May 2019, and the service was performed very smoothly with 3 units of coolant added in one unit. On the Friday before Memorial Day, one unit stopped working and Arctic Blast technician came to repair on Saturday Morning. After hours of troubleshooting under the hot sun, they figured out it is the compressor oil jammed up. They fixed it and did not charged me a penny. This is a great company! It is not big, but technicians are very knowledgeable and they have a great passion to help you. Definitely I recommend Arctic Blast for you."

"Clay has excellent customer service. Treats customers with respect. Gets the job done right at a great price!"

"This company is fantastic! This is evident from meeting with the owner (Clay) and from the first call. Clay demonstrated professionalism at our first contact, he treated me with great dignity, provided an education on my HVAC and the overall process. Arctic Blast prices were better than near all its competitors. Arctic Blast is a great choice!!"

"We had a problem with our AC during labor day weekend that left us in the sweltering 90 degrees heat. We called and Clay came out within the hour and we were back in business in 30 minutes. Great service from this company and would absolutely use them again!"

"Been using Arctic for a few years now, both for maintenance and when we needed a new furnace installed. They are always great to deal with. Ron today was especially helpful."

"Clay and his crew did a great job the other day installing a new AC unit! Their prices were way lower than the competition for an even higher quality unit than I was getting quotes for! The installation was a seamless process too! I highly recommend ABH&AC!"

"Cliff was quick to respond, honest with his assessment and provided me with several conservative options. Have worked with him on several occasions and have had great service."

"My heating went out a couple of days ago and the team at Artic Blast were able to fix it quickly. They were extremely efficient and professional. I would highly recommend their services. Special thanks to Clay and Brian. Thank you!"

"Update: We have now used Arctic Blast to completely replace our HVAC and they did an excellent job! After shopping around for prices, they came in with the lowest price and were available to quickly come out to haul away our old system and install the new. The price they quoted us is exactly what it cost! No hidden fees! They are always available quickly when we call. I called several companies when our heat went out on a Friday morning. Arctic Blast was able to send someone out in the quickest response time. They came early Saturday morning and were very professional. Brian quickly assessed the problem and fixed a part which saved us a lot of money! He said he would come back and do a tune up in the spring so we could get a few more years out of our unit (which is around 20 years old). I appreciated that he didn’t just try to sell us a new unit, but wanted us to get the most life out of the one we had!"

"My 22-year old Air Conditioner failed on one of the hottest days of the year. Clay came the following day in the morning. He was prompt, professional, thorough and honest. He made everything super simple. Did not try to sell me anything. Showed up on time and solved the problem! Even provided some very useful tips and recommendations. I recommend their service without any reservations and would definitely use them again!"

"Their technicians are knowledgeable and their prices are awesome."

"Great experience all around. Presented us with multiple options for a full new HVAC system and explained the differences and reasons for different pricing. Their prices were significantly lower than our other quotes and their communication throughout the entire process was great. The installers did a great job explaining the new system and showing us how it differed from the previous system and recommended settings for the hottest part of summer. Overall, great experience, A+!"

"I used Arctic Air to replace my old worn out unit a few weeks ago and Clay recommended several options, I chose the one he designed for the house and it is working wonderful. I highly recommend this company, prices were competitive and no high pressure sales pitch."

"These guys are great! For so many reasons! Their customer service was outstanding, they were respectful, clean, helpful with any questions, genuinely honest and got the job done very timely and effectively. Clay, the owner of Arctic Blast was very communicative and helpful with regards to finding a time slot that suited my crazy schedule. My A/C unit AND furnace was installed that day! Living in Georgia, one must have a dependable A/C unit and I was very grateful for these guys getting the job done, AND right before a heat spell. The price was right too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I am a new client. Clay came over promptly and fixed the problem with the A/C and at a reasonable price. He pointed out some other things that several prior service providers failed to tell me about but that should have been obvious to someone in the business (including the installers), like poorly sealed ductwork (you could feel the cold air leaking out), wires on one vent never being hooked up to one of the zones so it always blew when the unit was on, and my humidifier on one level was never hooked up to any power, which explains why my family always complained about the dry air on that level despite having a humidifier, just to name a few. I look forward to having in him come out to fix these problems and maintain my units."

"We recently had to have our HVAC system replaced at our rental property. We called a few of the "big guys" to get quotes, but also saw an ad for Arctic Blast in a local magazine and decided to give them a call, too. So glad we did because they offered us the best value on a quality unit and did a great job of with installation. The team was very friendly at every step of the process. We would definitely recommend choosing Arctic Blast!"

"Clay came out today to service a system he installed almost 4 years ago. I was so impressed with the initial installation that I tell all my friends about Arctic Blast when anyone needs AC help. This visit solidified what I thought 4 years ago. So happy to have Arctic Blast available when I need them. There simply are not true craftsmen around much anymore., Deal with confidence with this fine company. Clay is a great guy and takes pride in his work and providing superior service."

"” I was having problems with my air-conditioning and I thought it was gonna be bad because another company said I would need a new system."

"I had my heat and air unit replaced by these guys and they did a phenomenal job. Not only my house stays way cooler in the summer but they also keep maintaining the units. Always answers the phone and come fast. Very affordable and fast work. Great service."

"Very Nice, Professional, Came quickly and looked at my HVAC system, gave me professional knowledge and help :)"

"Arctic Blast was my last call it should have been my first. Not only were these guys friendly and knowledgeable out of 6 quotes they were the cheapest. These guys are now my AC guys for life. Thanks for all the hard work!!!"

"Arctic Blast H & AC is my 3rd HVAC company I’ve used in the past 6 years and I’ll be sticking with them from here on out. I’ve used them for routine HVAC maintenance and minor repair for 2 years. Appointments are easy to make and the owner of the company, Clay, was very responsive to me as a customer. I did have an issue with my most recent HVAC maintenance service, and I called the owner, Clay, who swiftly handled it above and beyond what was needed to satisfy me as a customer. That is what prompted me to post a review. Also, I appreciate it when I’m told that my somewhat older system has several more years to go before I need to consider replacement. Ethical businesses are a great find!"

"I bought my home in November 2018 and wanted the heating and air system checked. Arctic Blast came (at the exact time of appointment window) out and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did not try to sell me anything. In fact, the technician gave me some advice on simple repairs that I could do so as to not pay him $100 to do it! He noted some things that I should be concerned with in the fall when it is time to service the furnace but again, did not try to sell me on it today. FIVE star service for sure and will keep my business!"

"Local company, good service, knowledgeable and honest. Highly recommend Arctic."

"I would refer this company because of their affordable prices, and their understanding toward the customer."

"Great job honest company"

"Arctic Blast is the best and Richard was wonderful. He was very professional, knew exactly what he was doing, and explained everything as he did the repair. Great company with outstanding employees."

"Honest people and fair prices. They are upfront about the services and the costs, so there are no surprises. They work quickly and are mindful of the time billed. They will tell you if something is actually a problem before they start working on it."

"Great service and very knowledgeable"

"We had one of our HVAC unit installed by Arctic Blast. Clay and his staff, Richard and Brian, were excellent. They were friendly and informative. (Invoice 3429)"

"• We had a full HVAC system installed and the team was professional, on time, and left everything clean when they were done. Truly quality work."

"We installed a new air conditioning unit. The team arrived as scheduled. All the technicians were exceptionally courteous, professional, and thoughtful…a wonderful experience, five stars all around."

"I called Arctic Blast at 6AM, Clay texted me back at approximately 6:30 to say, he would be by between 10AM and 11AM. 10AM Clay texted me to say, he was on the way. Clay diagnosed my AC unit, installed a new capacitor and I was good to go. The price was definitely right, couldn't be happier, a Five Star Job for sure. Definitely recommend Arctic Blast services."

"Richard and Brian were excellent. They were very friendly and polite. I was also satisfied with the value I received. I have multiple proper ties and will continue using these guys every time. Great job!"

"Clay from Arctic Blast is the best. He is very quick to return a call - anytime. Even on the weekends. He aims to please. Whenever we need him - he comes to solve problems with our Heating and Air Conditioning. He's honest and his expertise is invaluable. We've been using his services for years now. I highly recommend using Arctic Blast!"

"My furnace was replaced . Excellent job , great price ."

"We have had constant issues with our older HVAC system and could never seem to get an accurate diagnosis. Thankfully, we found Arctic Blast and Clay came out to explain everything that was wrong. Clay also showed us how much it would end up costing over time, especially with the current issues. We replaced the 20 year old HVAC system and it made a world of difference. The replacement crew (Steve & his men) were flawless and answered any questions and worries we had. Thank you for being so professional and punctual."

"Arctic Blast HVAC - ROCKS! Clay, the owner, came out to my house as promised and on time! A rarity for contractors in ATL these days. Clay, was very courteous, professional, and knows his stuff. He was the first and only of several HVAC contractors to actually tell me that my return vents on my main floor were not adequate enough to up-size my system to a new 4 ton unit. So honesty over a large sale is at his core. His team installed not one but 2 new Lennox SC18XC1 Air Conditioners and 2 new SL280 Furnaces. The work was performed with precision and Clay and his team did an overall great job. I would highly recommend Clay and Arctic Blast HVAC for installation, service and repairs! I will most certainly be calling them back when my 3rd - 18 year old system (pictured) fails!!"

"Arctic Blast recently installed a new HVAC system at my home. The crew was punctual, thorough, and professional. They answered all questions and provided a tutorial to ensure appropriate understanding. Additionally, pricing was extremely competitive and everything expected/agreed upon was completed. Very pleased."

"Ron from Arctic was very professional, arrived on time and finished the job quickly. Our furnace is working better than it ever has. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs."

"I called them he was out to my house within a hour. Had my AC up and running within 20 mins. I will use them again. He was very nice and professional."

"Clay McNabb, owner of Arctic Blast, installed a new Lenox HVAC system in my home and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the unit, the best price offer, his service, professionalism, and most of all his friendly demeanor."

"Okay, I get to admit that I am fortunate enough to have a neighbor who's known Clay for aeons. After using a larger company to take care of my system for more than a decade, and their tech gave me a clean bill of health, I had a warranty tech (the thermostat board crashed) tell me I needed to replace the whole system. THAT led to my asking my neighbor for Clay's #. He sent one of his techs over FAST to do yet another check of the whole system (two stage heat pump/gas backup). Their take: It's just fine. YES, it's got 13 years (6 years on the compressor), but Clay and his tech noted it's got plenty of life in it AND THEY'LL TELL ME WHEN IT'S TIME TO REPLACE RATHER THAN REPAIR. I believe them for two reasons. One of course is they're close friends with my neighbor, but LOOK AT ALL THEIR OTHER RATINGS!!!. Clay knows one way to do business and that's to be up front and honest. I was SO disheartened to find the big company I had worked with for so long - who had bought the small company I just loved - had "turned." While I don't do HVAC, I am by trade an auto mechanic, and the tricks in that trade are just the same as in HVAC. It's just so easy to take advantage of people. I never did, never will; Clay never has, never will. You want somebody who knows his business and will be honest: Call Clay."

"I needed furnace repair in Norcross after my heating system suddenly stopped working in the middle of a really cold night. I called Arctic the next morning and they were able to send a technician out the same day."

"Very professional and honest guys. I just recommend them to my neighbor and sister."

"thank you again Clay for working us in your schedule today!! always very friendly and awesome job! the waller’s"

"THE BEST hands down. This is a very very overdue review. I manage about 25 units around Brookside and up until last year I kept using whatever HVAC company each building previously had thinking it was better to stick with someone who knew the systems. That is until I found Arctic. In the past year I have used them for bi annual cleanings and around 12 heating or AC emergencies. Sadly many companies out there take advantage of desperate situations and charge crazy prices which you dont even realize unless you compare. Arctic is in a class of their own they are fast professional fair and just overall quality people. Never thought I would be this grateful for an HVAC company but honestly my business would struggle without them. I recommend them for anything and everything."

"Clay came out and saw us within a day and had us up-and-running. Their pricing is very competitive and I would recommend Arctic Blast to anyone."

"I highly recommend Arctic Blast Heating & AC. Our AC went kaput in the first week of August in Georgia. Clay and Arctic Blast took care of us quickly, gave us a stellar price, and he was very responsive. He gave us far better prices than Arcadia or Casteel. I was so impressed! His team that installed our HVAC had worked with Clay for many years and the lead technician had 32 years of experience. Also, Clay told me that there was a high voltage surge that killed our AC compressor. The other two companies didn't mention it. However, when the insurance guy came out and looked at the unit, he confirmed Clay's assessment, which meant the home insurance company helped us replace the unit ($$) !!! Amazing price, excellent technical knowledge, and good service. Thank you Clay and Arctic Blast!"

"My tenants A/C went out this Sunday morning and after waiting for my regular maintenance guy to call back for over 3 hours, I googled and found Arctic Blast had great reviews! They lived up to every positive comment! Clay got here within 10 minutes and fixed the issue within 20 minutes! They are my new go to HVAC company! Thanks Arctic Blast!"

"Clay, the owner of this company, just left my house. I am blown away with his level of service and knowledge. He came in, diagnosed the problem and made the needed repairs quickly. I can’t thank him enough for getting out here on such short notice and getting the air running again. Hands down the best HVAC repair experience I’ve had. Clay is wealth of knowledge and a great guy who takes pride in his work. He is honest too, charged a very fair price. I am definitely calling on Arctic Blast Heating & Air for future HVAC services and will recommend him to friends and family. Keep up the good work Clay!"

"Invoice 3221 - The service was great, the work was done in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend this team."

"They did not try to sell me anything extra, just completed the job as efficiently as possible and communication was great."

"This is the second time I have used Arctic Blast and have been extremely happy with responsiveness, knowledge and cost both times. Clay came out and not only did he know exactly where to go to identify the problem and fix it quickly, but he also took the time to discuss options to improve overall heating and cooling efficiency."

"Clay came out for a check-up on my system and was great. Needed some extra refrigerant and they were quick to deliver. Prices are very affordable which is excellent. They were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend Arctic Blast to anyone who is looking for honest HVAC work."

"I've been using this company for my heating/air maintenance needs for a few years now . . . they are always prompt and efficient. This weekend, my A/C went out (or so I thought), so I called this morning (a Monday) for service. Clay was at my home before 10:00am and quickly ruled out everything else to pinpoint my thermostat as the issue. I opted to replace it myself (thankfully, I had a 'spare' on hand that I had bought awhile back and never installed), and my home was cooling down in no time. A less reputable, less honest outfit could have EASILY taken advantage of the situation and recommended parts/service/labor I didn't actually need. They are always my first call for heating/air needs."

"(Translated by Google) Very professional and friendly. I'm very happy with the work they did. I highly recommend them. This company guarantees their work and their air conditioning and heating systems. They are very reliable and help you with everything, and they even offer financing. I'm very happy and thank you so much! 😊 (Original) Muy profesional y amable yo estoy muy feliz con el trabajo que hizo yo los recomiendo mucho , esta compañía le garantiza el trabajo y el sistema de aire acondicionado y calefacción son muy confiables y lo ayudan en todo y hasta le financian los sistemas. Yo estoy feliz y les doy Gracias muchas gracias 😊"

"Honest, reliable and most of all they quickly diagnose and repair the issue."

"Clay was very professional. He made sure he found the same Lenox thermostat before He scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived right on time the next day. He did diagnosis and replacement of my thermostat with a new one. He collected all the details for filing a warranty. He stayed till heat and cool functions were verified. He had great attitude and was happy to be there. He has provided a great service and I am a happy customer!!"

"Contacted Clay (the owner), advised him of the issue and he was able to stop by en route to another job within an hour and fixed the problem. Looking forward to coming home to a nicely cooled house on this hot July day. I’ve used this company several times and have always had a great experience with no issues to note. Will definitely call Clay and his team back with any future needs and would highly recommend to others in need of good, honest work."

"They assess the AC and replaced condenser. Great work!!!"

"They came out and did a quick diagnosis and fixed it the next morning. Also offered an affordable tune up and were very polite and professional the whole time. First time using them and they will be the first company I call next time."

"The owner, Clay, is pretty awesome with customer service. He answers his phone 24/7, and is always ready to help. We hired Arctic for a safety inspection for a 23-year-old HVAC unit for a house under contract. We wanted it checked for cracks. When we had more questions after the initial inspection, Clay himself cleared his schedule to come out there personally the next day, free of charge. Not only did Clay send me a detailed follow-up with pictures and a written explanation, he also patiently answered my questions, going through all the options. He didn't pressure me into anything. Really nice guy. You won't find a better HVAC place for customer service!"

"Clay was great to work with. Got our AC unit replaced within days of coming out and at an affordable price. We’ll be using them from now on."

"Excellent service and price Arctic Blast recently installed a new HVAC at my rental and repaired the furnace at my home. Both were done well and the price was very reasonable."

"Clay and Bryan are my heroes! They came to my house and were up in my attic while the outside temperature had crested 92. They got my older system up and running at a reasonable price AND with a great attitude. They didn't mind explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done nor dis they mind showing me. They didn't try to rip me off and were genuinely nice. Such a wonderful change of pace to find a company that is professional friendly and true to their word. Outstanding!!!!"

"After doing several repairs on my old furnace I decided it was time to finally replace it. I got a few quotes but Arctic stood out immediately. Clay gave a very detailed estimate, explained the differences between system options and helped me choose the right setup for my house. The install was very clean they showed up on time protected my floors and cleaned everything up when they finished. The new system runs quiet and keeps the house perfectly warm. Very professional and detailed install you can tell they actually care about quality and customer satisfaction. Couldnt be happier with the whole experience."

"Most efficient and responsive HVAC company around Norcross. They offer really good pricing because there is no middle man involved. They are independently owned and operated so you dont get the corporate runaround when you hire them. Ive used them for years and will keep using them."

"Incredible experience with Ron. Showed up the same day we needed help and was able to get everything fixed in a timely way. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and we will definitely be calling him again for any HVAC needs."

"Ron and the team at Arctic is a hero. Helped me figure out some very complicated problems with our Navien tankless. I used Arctic for the installation of our HVAC back in 2023 and never had any issues with that project. If I could use these guys for more things I would. Highly recommend."

"Clay is amazing. He diagnosed and replaced my AC unit back in October 2025. Always on time, very knowledgeable and very kind. Highly recommend."

"We bought a new condo and realized the heater had not been installed correctly. After going back and forth with the developer for a while we decided to contact Arctic through a referral."

"I’m good to go again thanks Arctic blast."

"Great experience, they were prompt, fast, helpful, and nice!"

"Got my HVAC tune up today with Richard from Arctic Blast. His service was efficient and thorough, and he gave me some good advice. I highly recommend Artic Blast."

"Arctic Blast Heating & Air Conditioning just installed my 5th unit and, as always, they did an excellent job! The work was top-notch, the pricing was very reasonable, and they’ve always been reliable. Highly recommend them for any AC needs!"

"Great company to work with. Did everything promised, showed up on time, and the installation was neat and clean. Customer service was excellent—honest, fair, and very responsive. Extremely happy with Arctic Blast and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Have dealt with them for both my home and business. They’ve always been professional and gone above and beyond with their excellent work. Their expertise is top notch and their experience allows them to diagnose the issues quickly and determine the best course of action with long term solutions. I’d highly recommend them as their costs are not only competitive but better than the other estimates I received on both residential and commercial jobs. They’re excellent on all fronts: repairs, replacement and maintenance as needed."

"The guys were great on time very reasonable"

"Great experience, they installed a new a/c and furnace and when I had a problem (which ended up being user error) they were there the next morning. Very satisfied customer!"

"Just moved into a new home and wooden you know the air-conditioning died the very next day. Had these guys come out and had a wonderful experience."

"Simple story actually. I called them up for a regular tune-up when they discovered cracks in the furnace. They recommended that I replace the furnace. I chose to replace the corresponding AC too since it was cheaper together. When doing the tune-up they pointed out a bunch of issues with my systems unrelated to the cracks. Eventually, I hired them for replacing the HVAC and furnace with Arctic Blast since I felt they were the least “salesy”. Their prices are reasonable. I even got to have them come over a weekend of my choice for the replacement because I work out of my home office and can’t have disruptions. The replacement happened just today (took them about 4 hours). So, I can’t comment on how things are working out. But from the walkthrough after the install, I see that they fixed the other things they pointed out (less fixed and more done the right way with the new system). They even deducted for the thermostat’s cost since I retained my old one. I’m against waste and they were never pushy. Update: A couple of months in, the units are working well. Although the new units are supposed to be more efficient, I didn’t see any power savings. Update: a few more months in, I have no issues with the systems but they are significantly louder when the fan blows. Just wanted to add that."

"Clay and Richard came within an hour of my call. Got straight to work diagnosing the problem and swapped out the faulty capacitor. Very friendly and professional service."

"My air condition went out Friday about 9 o’clock my regular guy didn’t answer his phone and it was really hot so I contacted this company. They came out the very next morning and got me taken care of. I may have a new company for my HVAC. thank you guys for everything."

"Clay did a amazing job awesome guy."

"I had contracted with Arctic Blast Heating & A/C to install a new HVAC system for my 2-story 3BR/2.5BA home in Nov. 2020. Around Mar. 1, 2024 I noticed the A/C blower wasn't turning on (heat was working). I called Arctic Blast to get a quote for a service call ($80) and texted some basic troubleshooting I had tried (I have an EE degree and worked for Mitsubishi Electric US for a few years). I had it roughly narrowed down to the thermostat, but wasn't sure - Arctic Blast came out and confirmed. They texted an ETA before coming out and showed up promptly, wearing shoe protectors when entering the home. Their diagnosis took maybe 30 minutes. They offered to install a new thermostat but I declined, so I only had to pay the $80. No made-up issues to charge me more money, no hard sell on a new thermostat, everything up-front and honest. I will definitely use them again, even considering purchasing their annual routine HVAC maintenance package for $150! The only negative (not their fault) is that the attic is over our daughter's bunk bed, which is a royal pain to move."

"Clay and Richard are amazing, efficient, honest, and reasonable!! USE THEM!!"

"I've been using Arctic Blast Heating and Air since 2017 because they are outstanding when it comes to their service. When I learned that my AC unit needed to be replaced, they were able to schedule to have a new unit installed fairly quickly. The technicians arrived promptly and did not waste no time getting to work. They took extra care to protect my home, using drop cloths to cover the work area and cleaning up afterwards once the job was completed. Arctic Blast truly comes highly recommended for their excellent customer service, transparency and honesty."

"Excellent service, very expert and respectful I would recommend them to anyone."

By doing so, it started working again. This guy is fair and honest and I highly recommend using his services. I definitely will!!"

Despite obtaining multiple quotes, Arctic Blast offered the most competitive price without compromising on quality. The installation process was swift, seamless, and carried out with the utmost professionalism—we barely noticed the install team's presence. In short, Arctic Blast continues to set the standard for exceptional service in the HVAC industry."

"Fast and professional help with my AC until. Punctual and great communication. Thank you!"

"Great service. Clay responded quickly and provided an honest quote. I would definitely recommend and use Arctic Blast again."

"I have a home warranty company and they sent three technicians out from three different companies to try to find out what my problem was after getting frustrated. I called Arctic blast and they sent out and he had it figured out within the hour. It’s been over a week now and no problems thank you so much."

"I got a second opinion from Aritic and it helped me tremedously. This company is honest and trustworthy."

"David was exceptional and efficient and very professional. He knew exactly what he was doing and explain to me everything on the way definitely would use David and Arctic blast again."

"Amazing! How we still have honest people in this world. thanks to Clay (Artic Blast) that came and saved the day! My daughter called Reliable Heat and Air to have a/c check cus not cooling well and they lied to her by saying she had extremely low refrigerant and a leak! The guy did not even go to crawl space to check the unit! Was trying to sell her a new unit and to fix the leak ext..2400.00! Unbelievable! Clay, did go to crawl space where unit is located and changed the filter that was very, very dirty and problem solved! Thank you Clay! You got a new customer!"

"Call on a Saturday afternoon to get a quote on a new HVAC system. Sunday morning Clay showed up promptly and was a pleasure. He genuinely cared about provided quotes for systems that matched our needs. Additionally, hats off to the install team led by Richard that managed to get the furnace into our tiny attic space. This is a professional company that cares about their clients and I would be happy to recommend them to anyone."

"I was looking for some help with my home heating and air-conditioning system. One or two of the rooms were not getting cool or hot like I should have been I thought about adding more ducks and talk to a couple HVAC companies and then came across arctic blast, he putting a big duct work on his advice I did that and it’s been working great ever since thank you so much"

"Thank you arctic blast AC went out and I knew I was going to have to buy a new one. Clay came out found a wire that my dog chewed up and got me up and going. He plays with the dog for a while and didn’t even charge me for the call to come out. I will definitely keep using them."

"Clay’s knowledge and expertise were immediately apparent. He conducted a meticulous inspection of the AC unit that was not working properly, asking insightful questions to gather information about the issues I was experiencing and he was able to identify the primary problem and provide a quick solution. Thanks for scheduling a visit within a remarkably short timeframe!"

"A week ago our unit went out so we made calls to about 4 companies and they all came out and left 4 -5 quotes on different units. Not knowing which direction to go I have a client who's a good friend of mine and told him my unit is a 3 ton 9 seer I think so any unit would be a upgrade he recommended 3 ton 16 seer so I looked over all the quotes and brands reported back to my wife and told her since I'm on bed rest which company seem to care the most she said the last guy Clay and Richard then I said brand don't matter call them and let's go. They were so quiet with the install I slept through the entire process all I know is it felt COLD AIR!!! now they have a customer for life. Thank you Artic Air!!"

"AC and heating unit needed to be replaced. Clay with Arctic Blast offered to come out the same day, a Saturday, but since that wasn’t necessary he scheduled at our earliest convenience. He and Richard showed up as promised, got right to it, and finished the entire project same day. Both were courteous and very knowledgeable. The old units were hauled off and the area was cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend Arctic Blast for any HVAC issues. Thanks Clay and Richard."
