This is a Lennox package unit - and if you're not familiar with them, here's the short version. Instead of having a separate indoor air handler and outdoor condenser, everything is housed in one unit outside. The heating and cooling components are all packed into that single cabinet you see mounted against the brick. It's a common setup in homes that don't have a lot of interior mechanical space.

Package units are workhorses. When they're running right, you feel it in every room - consistent temps, no hot spots, no mystery warm zones. When they're not, the whole house suffers. That's why getting the installation right matters as much as the equipment itself.

We work with Lennox equipment because it holds up. The build quality is there, the efficiency ratings back it up, and in a climate like Grayson's - where summers push your system hard for months at a stretch - you want equipment that isn't going to leave you hanging. A clean, properly set up installation also means the unit runs more efficiently and lasts longer. Cutting corners on the front end always costs more on the back end.

Maintenance is the other half of the equation. Even a brand-new unit needs regular attention - coil checks, refrigerant levels, electrical connections, drainage. We handle all of it. Staying on top of that stuff is what separates a system that runs strong for 15-plus years from one that starts giving you headaches after five.

We're proud to serve the Grayson area and keep homes comfortable year-round. Whether it's a new AC installation or keeping an existing system in top shape, we bring the same level of care to every job.
