This is the kind of job we genuinely enjoy - getting a Lennox package unit dialed in before the heat has a chance to cause problems. A package unit like this one handles both the heating and cooling in a single outdoor cabinet, which means when something goes wrong, it usually goes wrong at the worst possible time.

We hooked up our digital manifold gauge set to check the refrigerant pressures and get a clear read on how the system is actually performing. That's the difference between a real tune-up and just glancing at a unit and calling it good. The numbers tell you what your eyes can't.

Most AC problems don't happen overnight. They build up - low refrigerant, a struggling compressor, weak airflow. Catching those things during a maintenance visit is a whole lot cheaper than calling for an emergency repair on a 95-degree afternoon when the system finally gives out.

We go through the full system during a maintenance call. That means checking electrical components, inspecting the compressor, verifying pressures are where they need to be, and making sure airflow is moving the way it should. No shortcuts.

The goal at the end of every maintenance visit is simple - our customer walks away knowing their system is ready to handle whatever the season throws at it. That peace of mind is worth a lot more than people realize until they actually have it.
